The next phase of the transition was to move the CEO, COO, and Product Owners to an Agile management understanding so that they could understand ROI per story, prioritize, and fund projects appropriately. The final transformation was client engagement and client requests. Coaching and training local FTE's to communicate the new processes so that we could receive, capture, and prioritize features based on client importance and criticality.
